Lydia's that

1. Marion F. Hamsher b. about 1917 d. 18 Jan 1999 and was buried 3 Feb 1999 next to her
parents in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. She never married.
2. Jack H. Hamsher b. about 1922 d. 9 Feb 1999 and was buried 11 Feb 1999 next to his
sister in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. A single headstone marks the graves
of Harry Hamsher, Edna Faust Hamsher, Marion F. Hamsher, and Jack H. Hamsher. Jack
never married
3. Edith Mamie Faust
was born December 21, 1895 in New Ringgold, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. She married Luther Shaffer.
Edith died September 16, 1970, in Durham, Ontario, Canada. Both Edith and
Luther are buried in Summerton, Pennsylvania.
Children of Edith Faust and Luther Shaffer:
1. Dorothy Shaffer was
born September 22, 1917, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She married
William Dey Shaffer. He was born June 10, 1916. They lived and
worked in Los Alamos, New Mexico, until they retired about 1978 to Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. They did not have children. Dotty died in
May 1981. Bill died in 2005. Dottie and Bill Shaffer are buried
in Fort Lauderdale.

Christine Shaffer was born November 30,
1920, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She married Walter Horace Allen
in Philadelphia in 1938. Walter was born in Philadelphia in 1917.
He was an accountant before obtaining a degree in chemistry from Temple
University. He then was a chemist for Rohn and Haas in Philadelphia.
Walt and Chris bought a 30-acre farm and moved to Moorestown, New Jersey in
1942. They raised chickens, produce, and Chris opened Allen's Kennels
in 1956. He died in 1996 and was cremated. His ashes were
scattered on his farm in Moorestown.
Children of Christine Shaffer and Walter H. Allen:
1. Dorothy Lynn Allen was born in 1944. She married a
McGuigan. She lives on her parents' farm in Moorestown, New Jersey.
She took over Allen Kennels when her mother retired in 1975.
Child of Dorothy Allen and McGuigan:
2. Robert Walter Allen was born in 1947.
He lives on his parents' farm in Moorestown, New Jersey. where he owns an
equitation school.
Children of Robert Walter Allen:
1. Stuart Robert Allen was born in 1983.
2. Hadley Allen was born in 1986, a twin to Clark Allen.
3. Clark Allen was born in 1986, a twin to Hadley Allen.
4. Gracie Allen was born in 2001.
4. John Daniel Faust
was born October 26, 1897 in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. He died March 25, 1979.
He married Florence Mary Kunkel who was born 4 Jan 1899.
She died 20 Dec 1983.

5. Mae Agnes Faust
m. E. W. Moyer; no children.
